Aslam Parvez (12 February 1932 – 21 November 1984) was a Pakistani film actor. Career Born as Chaudhary Muhammad Aslam into a family of traders in Lahore, Punjab, British India on 12 February 1932. Aslam Parvez entered the Pakistani film industry in the year 1955 at the age of 23. He started his film career in film producer Anwar Kamal Pasha's film ''Qatil'' (1955) as a side hero. Thereafter he played the leading role in the Punjabi language film ''Patay Khan'' opposite Noor Jehan. In film ''Koel'' (1959), Aslam Pervaiz performed a leading role opposite film actresses Noor Jehan and Neelo. Syed Ishrat Abbas
Syed Ishrat Abbas ( ur, ), (1928 – 8 November 1980) better known by his stage name Darpan ( ur, ), was one of the original romantic heroes of the "golden age" of Pakistan's film industry (also commonly known as Lollywood). Background Syed Ishrat Abbas was born into a middle-class Shia Muslim family originally from the United Provinces of India, where he was born in 1928. His older brother, Santosh Kumar, was also a film actor. Another brother, S. Sulaiman, is a film director. Career Darpan was introduced in the film ''Amanat'' in 1950 and went on to feature in the Pakistani Punjabi film ''Billo'' in 1951. After starring in a few more films produced in Lahore, he decided to try his luck in India, where he only had moderate level of success. Musarrat Nazir Khawaja ( ur, ; born 13 October 1937) is a Pakistani singer and film actress, who acted in many Urdu and Punjabi films. She, many years later, also sang solo, mostly wedding and folk songs. Early life Her parents were a Punjabi middle-class family Kashmiri origin from Lahore. Her father Khwaja Nazir Ahmed, worked as a registered contractor in Lahore Municipal corporation. Early in her life, her parents wanted her to be a doctor, and provided her with the best possible education they could afford. Musarrat passed the matriculation examination (10th grade) with distinction and passed the intermediate examination (12th grade) from Kinnaird College in Lahore.
