Maharashtra
Maharashtra (; , abbr. MH or Maha) is a states and union territories of India, state in the western India, western peninsular region of India occupying a substantial portion of the Deccan Plateau. Comedy Film
A comedy film is a category of film which emphasizes humor. These films are designed to make the audience laugh through amusement. Films in this style traditionally have a happy ending (black comedy being an exception). Comedy is one of the oldest genres in film and it is derived from the classical comedy in theatre. Some of the earliest silent films were comedies, as slapstick comedy often relies on visual depictions, without requiring sound. When sound films became more prevalent during the 1930s, comedy films took another swing, as laughter could result from burlesque situations but also dialogue. Nagesh Bhosale is an Indian film, television and theatre actor. He has worked on the 2018 Hollywood film ''Hotel Mumbai'', alongside Jason Isaacs, Armie Hammer and Dev Patel. ''Goshta Choti Dongraevadhi''(गोष्ट छोटी डोंगराएवढी) is a Marathi film, released on 14 July 2009. The film, produced by Makarand Anaspure, Sayaji Shinde, and Suresh Suvarna, is directed by Nagesh Bhonsle. The film starring Makarand Anaspure, Sayaji Shinde, Nagesh Bhosale and Girija Oak tells the story of poor farmers and how they are being wronged by society and government. Nana Patekar lent his voice to narrate few lines at the end of this film. Nilu Phule made a special appearance and it was his last film as he died in July 2009. Priya Bapat
Priya Bapat (born 18 September 1986) is an Indian actress who mainly works in Marathi films. She is best known for her roles in the movies '' Kaksparsh'' and '' Aamhi Doghi'', for which she won the Best Actress award at the Screen Awards in 2013, and '' Happy Journey'', for which she won the Best Actress Maharashtra State Award and was nominated in the Best Actress category at the Marathi Filmfare Awards in 2014. Mohan Agashe (born 23 July 1947) is an Indian psychiatrist and actor. He was awarded the Sangeet Natak Akademi Award in 1996 in theatre. Early life Agashe was born in Bhor, Maharashtra. He studied in B. J. Medical College, Pune for his MBBS and MD degree in Psychiatry. He later became a professor, before becoming an actor. Career Medicine Agashe served as a professor of Psychiatry at the B. J. Medical College and Sassoon Hospital in Pune.
