''KL Special Force'' is a 2018 Malaysian action film directed by Syafiq Yusof. The film stars Rosyam Nor, Syamsul Yusof, and Fattah Amin. It was released on 8 March 2018 and co-produced by Skop Productions, Damofa Productions and Viper Studios. Mohammad Zalimei bin Ishak or better known as Remy Ishak (born on 11 April 1982), is a Malaysian actor who was born in Melaka. He was first introduced to the film industry by independent director Osman Ali in 2006. He gained fame for his performance in '' Nur Kasih'' directed by Kabir Bhatia, which aired on TV3 in 2009. ''Vedigundu Pasangge'' is a 2018 Tamil language comedy-drama film from Malaysia. It was the final instalment of ''Pasangge trilogy'' film series after ''Vilayaatu Pasange'' (2011), and ''Vetti Pasanga'' (2014). Vimala Perumal directed the movie with an ensemble cast including Sangeeta Krishnasamy, Denes Kumar, David Anthony, and Thangamani Velayuda. Music and background music were scored by composer duo Vivek–Mervin. The film had a limited release on 26 July 2018, in Malaysia, Singapore, Sri Lanka, Tamil Nadu and United Kingdom. Ruby Yap (叶俞均; born 28 December 1991) is a Malaysian-born Chinese feature film, drama series, theatre drama and radio drama all-round actress and singer. Ruby made a successful transition to theatre drama stage performance, winning a "Best Actress in a Leading Role" award in 2016 in the 13th Malaysia Asli Drama Awards (ADA). She won it for her role in the critically acclaimed Soviet war drama "The Dawns Here Are Quiet" based on Boris Vasilyev's novel of the same name. Sampson Yuen Choi-Hin ( zh, 袁再显; born 1958) is a Hong-Kong producer and director who has worked in Hong Kong, Singapore and Malaysia. He is best known for directing ''Who is the Winner'' (1993), ''Petaling Street Warriors'' (2011), ''Million Loves In Me'' (2017) and producing ''Ah Long Pte Ltd'' (2008). Dukun (film)
''Dukun'' ( en, "Shaman") is a 2018 Malaysian Malay-language legal horror-thriller film filmed in 2006. The film is loosely based on the true story of the gruesome murder of a Malaysian politician at the time, Datuk Mazlan Idris, by Mona Fandey, a once mildly popular Malaysian singer-turned-witch doctor convicted in 1993. The film was originally slated to be released in 2007 but it was postponed and no official statements was given, due to the adaption of a true high-profile murder case and the controversial nature of the film. Mona Fandey's family herself had voiced their dissatisfaction over the content and basis of the film after announcement of the film release.
