Aladdin's Eatery is a chain of franchised restaurants in the Midwestern United States and the Southeastern United States, specializing in Lebanese cuisine. Adapted to American tastes, the sites are fast casual restaurants that also offer take out. The firm, Aladdin's Eatery Systems, Inc, is headquartered in Lakewood, a suburb of Cleveland, Ohio. Boustan
Boustan is a Lebanese-Canadian fast food restaurant chain in Montreal, Quebec. It was established in 1986. ''Boustan'' is the Arabic word for orchard. History Imad Smaidi became the full-time owner of the restaurant, after being a silent partner. Smaidi immigrated to Canada from Lebanon in 1972, studied engineering at École Polytechnique de Montréal and worked for Philips before having to quit to run Boustan full-time. Moe's Newport Restaurant is located in the Westboro area of Ottawa, Ontario, Canada, at the corner of Churchill and Scott. It had previously been located at the corner of Richmond and Churchill. Nicholas Restaurant is a chain of three Lebanese restaurants in the Portland metropolitan area, in the United States. It is one of the oldest Lebanese and Middle Eastern restaurants in Portland. The business also operates in Gresham. History Nicholas and Linda Dibe opened the first restaurant in 1987. The Dibes fled Beirut, Lebanon in 1982, immigrated to Portland with their four young daughters. Five years later they opened the restaurant. Nicholas invested his entire pension in the restaurant, which first served pizza and calzones.
