It borders the Atlantic Ocean to the west, Guinea-Bissau to the northwest, Senegal to the north, Mali to the northeast, Cote d'Ivoire to the southeast, and Sierra Leone and Liberia to the south. Mohamed "Mo" Camara (born 25 June 1975) is a Guinean former professional footballer who played as a left-back or left midfielder. Club career Early career Born in Conakry, Guinea, Camara spent the early years of his professional career in French football, with Beauvais in 1993, and in 1996 went on loan to Troyes, where he played 13 league games. He made a total of 79 league appearances for Beauvais, before signing for Le Havre in August 1997, where he was sent on loan to Lille. Wolves Camara moved to England in summer 2000 with Wolverhampton Wanderers of the First Division in a £100,000 deal. Manimou Camara
Manimou Camara (born July 1978, Matam, Conakry Region, Guinea) is a master drummer and dancer from Guinea. Manimou specializes in several percussive instruments, namely the dynamic hand drum called ''djembe'', three bass drums called dunun, sangban, and kenkeni as well as the kringni. He is the founder of Dounia Djembe, a Seattle-based percussion and dance company. He is a member of the Kpelle people and Malinke ethnic groups. Kémoko Camara (born 4 May 1975) is a Guinean former professional footballer who played as a goalkeeper. He played for the Guinea national team between 1998 and 2013. Club career Camara was born in Conakry, Guinea. In early March 2008, Camara signed a short-term deal with Dundee United of the Scottish Premier League, but despite being listed as a substitute on several occasions did not make a first team appearance and was released at the end of the season. In December 2008, he played a competitive trial match for East Stirlingshire, after manager Jim McInally had previously had him on trial at Greenock Morton. Abdoul Kabèlè Camara (born 12 February 1950) is a Guinean politician and diplomat. Legal career Camara obtained a licentiate in legal sciences from Cheikh Anta Diop University, and also graduated from the National School of Administration and Magistracy in Senegal. After working several internships in Montreal in Canada between 1976 and 1977, he joined the Senegalese Magistracy in 1977. He held the positions of: * Investigating judge at the Saint-Louis court from 1977 to 1979; * President of the Labor Court of Saint-Louis (First Capital of Senegal) from 1979 to 1983; * President of the Regional Court of Saint-Louis, from 1983 to 1985; * Dean of the Senior Investigating Judges at the Dakar Regional Court from 1985 to 1988, responsible for economic and military affairs; * Advisor to the First Correctional Chamber of the Dakar Court of Appeal. Ibrahima Sory Camara (born January 1, 1985 in Freetown, Sierra Leone) is a naturalized Guinean international football midfielder. Biography Camara grew up in Freetown and moved to Guinea during the Sierra Leone civil war. Club career In 04/05 season, he was promoted to Parma F.C.'s first team, made 9 Serie A appearances and 7 UEFA Cup appearances, which Parma finished as losing Semi-finalists to champion CSKA Moscow. In summer 2006, he was loaned to Le Mans Union Club 72, and turned to permanent move in summer 2007. On 1 February 2010 Le Mans 25-year-old defender played on loan for FC Nantes until the end of the season. In July 2010 he accepted an offer from Celtic F.C. to go on trial for a week, but failed to impress the Scottish club. Instead, he joined the Belgian side K.A.S. Eupen. By early 2015, he joined Serbian second level side FK Zemun. Ibrahima Sory Camara made five appearances in the 2015–16 Serbian First League.

Batouly Camara (born November 2, 1996) is a Guinean-American basketball player. She played college basketball for Kentucky and UConn and later professionally in Liga Femenina de Baloncesto. As a member of the Guinea national team, she participated in the 2021 FIBA Women's Afrobasket. High School Camara was a student of Blair Academy. She averaged 12.5 points and 12.0 rebounds per game.
