Zainal Abidin Syah
Sultan Zainal Abidin Alting Syah (born Soasiu, Tidore, 5 August 1912—died Ambon Island, Ambon, Maluku (province), Maluku, 4 July 1967) was the 26th Sultan of Tidore Sultanate, Tidore in Maluku Islands, reigning from 1947 to 1967. He was also the appointed Governor of Irian Barat (West Papua) in 1956–1962 before the actual inclusion of Irian Barat in Indonesia, serving official Indonesian claims against Dutch colonial rule. Early years Zainal Abidin Alting was born in Soasiu, the main town of Tidore Island, in 1912. His father Dano Husain was the great-grandson of Sultan Ahmad Saifuddin Alting (d. 1865). John Djopari
Johannes "John" Rudolf Gerzon Djopari (1 September 195020 April 2013) was an Indonesian author and politician who served as the Vice Governor of Papua from 1998 until 2000 and the Indonesian Ambassador to Papua New Guinea from 2002 until 2006. Biography Djopari was born in Weinami, Geelvinkbaai, Netherlands New Guinea, on 1 September 1950. Djopari became the chief of subdistrict (''camat'') of Kurina from 1974 until 1978 and Wamena from 1978 until 1979. Klemen Tinal
Klemen Tinal (23 August 1970 – 21 May 2021) was an Indonesian politician from the Golkar party. He held the office of the Regent of Mimika from 2001 until 2006 and again from 2008 until 2013. He won the 2013 election for Vice Governor of Papua and was installed in office on 9 April 2013. Tinal won re-election in 2018; his second term as Vice Governor ended abruptly due to his death on 21 May 2021. Lukas Enembe
Lukas Enembe (born 27 July 1967) is an Indonesian politician who serves as Governor of Papua Province since April 2013. He had previously served as Regent of Puncak Jaya Regency between 2007 and 2012, and Vice Regent of the same regency from 2001 until 2006. In September 2017, Enembe was called on by the Corruption Eradication Commission as a suspect in a graft case; supporters of Enembe protested at the National Human Rights Commission, claiming that the issue was politicized due to the 2018 gubernatorial election in Papua. The Commission later named Enembe as a witness in a graft case involving misappropriation of scholarship funds in Papua, and Enembe met with the Commission face-to-face to clarify his wealth report. Alex Hesegem (14 July 195720 June 2021) was an Indonesian politician. He was a member of parliament from 2001 until 2004 and the Vice Governor of Papua from 2006 until 2011. Early life Alex Hesegem was born on 14 July 1957 in Wamena, the capital of present-day Jayawijaya Regency.
