Cereal Partners Worldwide S.A. is a joint venture between General Mills and Nestlé, established in 1991 to produce breakfast cereals. The company is headquartered in Lausanne, Switzerland, and markets cereals in more than 130 countries (except for the U.S. and Canada, where General Mills markets the cereals directly). The company's cereals are sold under the Nestlé brand, although many originated from General Mills and some, such as Shredded Wheat and Shreddies, were once made by Nabisco. In Australia and New Zealand, some of CPW's products are sold under the Uncle Tobys brand. They have an annual turnover of about two billion US dollars, and a workforce of about 4,000 employees. Quick Draw McGraw is a fictional anthropomorphic horse and the protagonist and title character of ''The Quick Draw McGraw Show''. He is a white horse, wearing a red Stetson cowboy hat, a red holster belt, a light blue bandana, and occasionally spurs. He was voiced by Daws Butler. All 45 of his cartoons that originally aired between 1959 and 1961 were written by Michael Maltese, known best for his work at the Warner Bros. cartoon studio. Honey Loops is a breakfast cereal made by Kellogg's and sold in The United Kingdom, Sweden, Spain, India, The Netherlands, Malta, Ireland, Italy, Germany, Russia, Belgium and Poland. The mascot of Honey Loops was a male honeybee called Loopy, who has now been replaced by a female bee called Honey B (primarily as the mascot of Honey Pops). The cereal was originally marketed as "Honey Nut Loops", but the name was changed when nuts were dropped from the ingredients in 1998. The commercials for the original product explicitly mentioned the "crunchy nuts" it used to contain.
