Bagh, Azad Kashmir
Bagh City ( ur, ) is the chief town and district headquarters of Bagh District, in Azad Kashmir, Pakistan. The town is situated on the confluence of two nullahs (streams), Malwani and Mahl (ماہلوانی اور ماہل) at the distance of 93 km from Muzaffarabad. 2005 earthquake On 8 October 2005, Bagh was hit by a devastating earthquake that killed 8,500 people, which represented 10% of the population. Most of the victims were children attending school who died when the school buildings collapsed. The worst hit institutes were a school named Spring Field Children academy ( where 300 plus children died in junior campus),the boys' degree college and girls' degree college Bagh. Many lives could have been saved if the rescue equipment was available. The entire city was destroyed and is rebuilt with the help of government. Khuiratta
Khuiratta ( ur, ) or Khoi ratta is a Tehsil in Kotli District, in Pakistan-administered Azad Kashmir. Location Khuiratta lies 29 km southeast of Kotli and 154 km from Islamabad, to the east. Khuiratta is approximately 7 kilometres from the Line Of Control (LOC). It is the second largest town of District Kotli after Kotli City. It has an elevation of 2570 feet above sea-level. Khuiratta is situated on the western side of Rajouri (IHK), with Tehsile Charhoi to the west, Rajouri to the east, Noshehra (IHK) to the south, Tehsile Nakyal to the north east and Kotli to the north west. Sehnsa
Sehnsa Tehsil is a large Tehsil in Pakistan Administered Azad Kashmir which lies on the west of Gulpur on the Kotli-Rawalpindi road. Sehnsa is a sub-divisional (Tehsil) headquarters of Kotli district in the center of Sehnsa valley. 2005 earthquake On October 8, 2005 this city also felt strong shocks but no damage occurred. On the same day the NGO (Khidmat Khalq Trust) went to the affected areas of AJK. it was the first NGO to reach the Bagh district to help the affected people. This NGO remained for almost six months and helped build homes. People of Sehnsa also participated in helping. Religion The majority of the population are Muslim. Kotli City
Kotli ( ur}) is a city in Kotli District of Azad Kashmir in Pakistan.
