Lingusamy
Nammalvar Lingusamy, (born 14 November 1967), is an Indian film director, screenwriter, and film producer in Tamil cinema based in Chennai. Lingusamy made his directorial debut with ''Aanandham'' in 2001 and followed by ''Run'' (2002), ''Sandakozhi'' (2005), ''Paiyaa'' (2010) and ''Vettai'' (2012). He and his brother N. Subash Chandrabose have also produced films through his production company, Thirupathi Brothers. Career Lingusamy born on 14 November 1967 and hails from a town Kumbakonam, Thanjavur, Tamil Nadu. He joined as an assistant director to director '' A. Venkatesh'' for his Tamil film '' Mahaprabhu'' (1996) and followed in his next film ''Selva'' (1996). Paiyaa
''Paiyaa'' () is a 2010 Indian Tamil-language action-adventure film written, produced and directed by N. Linguswamy. It stars Karthi and Tamannaah, with Sonia Deepti, Milind Soman and Jagan appearing in supporting roles. The film, produced by N. ''Vettai'' () is a 2012 Indian Tamil-language action thriller film co produced, written and directed by N. Linguswamy. The film stars Arya, Madhavan, Sameera Reddy, and Amala Paul while Ashutosh Rana, Thambi Ramaiah and Nassar played supporting roles. Thirrupathi Brothers is an Indian Tamil film production company owned by brothers N. Subash Chandrabose and N. Lingusamy and was founded in 2006. History The first venture of Thirrupathi Brothers was ''Deepavali'', directed by Ezhil with Jayam Ravi and Bhavana in lead roles. It was a moderate success. ''Bheemaa'' is a 2008 Indian Tamil-language crime action film written and directed by N. Linguswamy, and produced by A. M. Rathnam.
