Lindsay Deutsch
Lindsay Ann Deutsch is an American violinist. A native of Houston, Texas, Deutsch moved to Los Angeles at age 15 to pursue her musical career. Deutsch made her solo orchestral debut at the age of 11 with the Clear Lake Symphony in Texas. Deutsch has performed throughout the U.S. and Canada with such symphonies as the Los Angeles Chamber Orchestra, California Philharmonic, Colorado Symphony Orchestra, Fort Worth Symphony, San Diego Chamber Orchestra, Knoxville Symphony, Boulder Chamber Orchestra, New West Symphony, McGill Chamber Orchestra in Montreal, National Academy Orchestra, and Oakville Symphony in Ontario, Canada. In 2018, Deutsch began touring with Yanni as a featured violinist during his "Yanni 25 – Live At The Acropolis Anniversary Concert Tour", performing with him in Saudi Arabia and the United States. Robert Lipsett
Robert Crawford Lipsett Jr. (born October 23, 1947) is a violin teacher in Los Angeles, California. He holds the Jascha Heifetz Distinguished Violin Chair at the Colburn School of Performing Arts. He also serves on the faculty at the Aspen School of Music, the Colburn Conservatory and the Colburn Academy. He has given master classes at major schools around the world. Lipsett was born in Louisville, Kentucky. He has a younger brother named Stephen James Lipsett, a successful real estate investor/broker living on Lake Granbury, Texas. As a child, he moved with his family to Dallas, Texas, where he began violin study with Zelman Brounoff and Ruth Lasley. The family subsequently lived in Saint Louis, Missouri, where Lipsett's violin instructor was Melvin Ritter.
