Lindal Rohde
Lindal Rohde (born 21 September 1990) is an Australian rules footballer who played for the Fremantle Football Club#AFL Women's team, Fremantle Football Club in the AFL Women's (AFLW). A former netballer, Rohde was recruited as a rookie selection ahead of the 2019 AFL Women's draft#Rookie signings, 2019 AFL Women's draft. Her debut season for Subiaco Football Club, Subiaco in the WAFL Women's league was very successful, winning the Cath Boyce Rookie of the Year award. As a netballer she won the Jill McIntosh Medal in 2016 as the best player in the West Australian Netball League. Rohde has also played netball for both West Coast Fever and Western Sting. WAFL Women's
WAFL Women's (WAFLW) is an Australian rules football league based in Perth, Western Australia. The WAFLW is the premier women's football competition in Western Australia, and from 2023 is contested by eight teams owned and operated by clubs in the men's West Australian Football League (WAFL). The league was established in 2018 by the West Australian Football Commission and West Australian Women's Football League, the latter having been the governing body and league for women's football in the state from 1987 to 2018, and has been run by the WAFC after the WAWFL was dissolved in 2021. The league runs from February to August, and ran partially concurrently with the AFL Women's (AFLW) until Season 7 of the AFLW. Western Sting
The West Coast Fever reserves are an Australian netball team that represents Netball Western Australia in the Australian Netball League. As the Western Sting, the team was ANL champions in 2017. The Fever reserves are effectively the representative team of the West Australian Netball League and the reserve team of West Coast Fever. West Coast Fever is an Australian netball team based in Perth, Western Australia. Since 2017 they have played in Suncorp Super Netball. Between 2008 and 2016, they competed in the ANZ Championship. Between 1997 and 2007, as Perth Orioles, they competed in the Commonwealth Bank Trophy league. The 2019 AFL Women's draft consisted of the various periods when the 14 clubs in the AFL Women's competition can recruit players prior to the competition's 2020 season. At the conclusion of the period clubs were required to have 27 senior-listed and three rookie-listed players.
