Linda Birgitta Bengtzing (born 13 March 1974) is a Swedish pop singer famous for her participation in the fourth season of ''Fame Factory'' in Sweden and for her entries at Melodifestivalen 2005, 2006, 2008, 2011, 2014, 2016, 2020 and 2022. Biography Bengtzing grew up in Gullspång, a little village in Västra Götaland located in the west of Sweden. She released two singles in 1987 and 1989, however, she disappeared from the music industry for 15 years. In 2004, she took part in the fourth and the final season of Fame Factory but she went on the program at the same time as her song ''"Alla flickor"'' being selected to participate at Melodifestivalen 2005. Her song surprised everyone and she took part in the Melodifestivalen final after receiving sufficient votes in the 'Andra Chansen' (Second Chance) round. Gullspång
Gullspång is a locality and one of two seats of the Gullspång Municipality in Västra Götaland County, Sweden. As of 2010 it had 1,167 inhabitants. It was released as a single in Sweden on 31 January 2007 reaching number one on the Swedish Singles Chart. The song is a parody about songs that participate in the Swedish heat of the Eurovision Song Contest, Melodifestivalen, earlier often referred to as schlager. The lyrics are pointing fun at lyrics that are generally associated with Melodifestivalen songs, for example references to the "winds and stars", and the song is also three minutes long, which is the general length of all Melodifestivalen songs. "Alla flickor" ("All the girls") is a 2005 single from Swedish pop singer Linda Bengtzing released after her participation at Melodifestivalen 2005 during the first quarter of 2005. At Svensktoppen, the song stayed for eight weeks during the time 1 May 2005 – 26 June 2005, peaking at number seven. The song also peaked at number eight on the Swedish Singles Chart. The song was originally recorded by Pernilla Wahlgren, who showed interest in performing this at Melodifestivalen, however, the artist director, Christer Björkman, required a younger singer, therefore Bengtzing was selected. Later, Lotta Engberg was intended to perform the song, until Edward af Sillén claimed that Lotta Engberg (born 5 March 1963) by 2005 no longer could be considered a "girl". The Eurovision Song Contest 2014 was the 59th edition of the Eurovision Song Contest. Sweden participated in the Eurovision Song Contest 2014 with the song " Undo" written by Fredrik Kempe, David Kreuger and Hamed "K-One" Pirouzpanah. The song was performed by Sanna Nielsen.
