Lin'an District () is one of ten urban districts of the prefecture-level city of Hangzhou, the capital of Zhejiang Province, East China. It is located in northwest Zhejiang as a separate urban area of Hangzhou, and borders Anhui province to the west and northwest. Lin'an held a population of 573,100 in 2014, over an area of . Shengzhou (), formerly Shengxian or Sheng County, is a county-level city in central Zhejiang, south of the Hangzhou Bay, and is the south-eastern part of the prefecture-level city of Shaoxing.
