Lilli Carati (23 September 1956 – 21 October 2014) was an Italian actress. Biography Lilli Carati was born in Varese (Lombardy). In 1974, she was named "Miss Elegance" at a beauty contest in Calabria and began working as a fashion model in Milan. She was first runner-up at ''Miss Italia'' contest of 1975 and moved on to cinema. Most of her box office hits were in the genre of "sex comedy," but she also appeared in films of different genres such as '' Squadra antifurto'' (1977, a crime story with Tomas Milian), ''Le evase – Storie di sesso e di violenze'' (1978, a prototypical exploitation film), and '' La fine del mondo nel nostro solito letto in una notte piena di pioggia'' (1978, a film by Lina Wertmüller). She also appeared in nude photos on the pages of Italian men's magazines like ''Playmen ''and ''Albo Blitz''. Around 1990, she retired from public life. Fernando Di Leo (11 January 1932 – 2 December 2003) was an Italian film director and screenwriter, script writer. He made 17 films as a director and about 50 scripts from 1964 to 1985. Biography Fernando Di Leo was born on 11 January 1932 in San Ferdinando di Puglia. After briefly working in a Rome's film school Centro Sperimentale di Cinematografia, di Leo made his debut as a director as part of the omnibus comedy ''Gli eroi di ieri, oggi, domani'' with his episode titled ''Un posto in paradiso'' (). Following this Di Leo wrote several scripts for Westerns, often uncredited. This included work on ''A Fistful of Dollars'' and ''For a Few Dollars More''. Some of his Westerns had uncredited literary sources, such as ''Days of Vengeance'' which as loosely based on Alexandre Dumas' ''The Count of Monte Cristo''. Mariano Laurenti (15 April 1929 – 6 January 2022) was an Italian film director and actor. Career He started as a script supervisor and later became an assistant director for, among others, Mauro Bolognini and Stefano Vanzina.
