Lika Roman
Lika Roman uk, Роман Ліка Вікторівна (born May 12, 1985) is a Ukrainian model, charity worker and beauty pageant titleholder who won Miss Ukraine 2007 and represented Ukraine at Miss World 2007 in Sanya, China but unplaced. She studied Foreign Relations for her higher education at the branch of Kyiv Slavonic University in her city. Lika's father Viktor was a musician, and her mother Svitlana was a fashion designer. Lika used to work as a hairdresser while in school and spent her free time on dancing, playing piano and skiing. In the winter of 2007, she toured the United States for the first time. She visited different TV channels, radio stations, newspapers and magazines. Also, she met with students and representatives of public organizations and took part in numerous talk-shows. Miss Ukraine
Miss Ukraine (Міс України or Панна України, ''Panna Ukrayiny'') is a national Beauty pageant in Ukraine. Today it is one of the top three national beauty contests in Ukraine, others being Miss Ukraine Universe and Queen of Ukraine. Miss Ukraine serves as preliminary for the Miss World, Miss International and Miss Earth. Until 2006 it was the only national beauty contest, participants of which were qualifying for all the international pageant contests. Miss Ukraine still is the most prestigious and broadcast, however other concourses such as Miss Ukraine Universe with the help from Oleksandra Nikolayenko becomes well accepted also. Uzhhorod
Uzhhorod ( uk, У́жгород, , ; ) is a city and municipality on the river Uzh in western Ukraine, at the border with Slovakia and near the border with Hungary. Iryna Zhuravska (''Ірина Журавська''; born January 14, 1990) is a Ukraine, Ukrainian model (person), model who represented her country in the Miss World 2008, Miss World 2008 pageant, which took place on December 13, 2008, in Johannesburg, South Africa. She placed among the top 15 semi-finalists in the pageant. Life and career Zhuravska was born in Kyiv, in Ukraine.
