Liga Perdana 2 or Liga Perdana Dua ( en, Premier League 2 or Premier League Two) was the nation's second-tier professional Association football, football league in Malaysia football league system, Malaysia that operated from 1998 to 2003. The league was formed and established in 1998 as second-tier league after FAM decision to allows clubs other than state FAs to compete in the professional level football league in Malaysia. It was then succeeded in 2004 by the formation of Liga Premier by Football Association of Malaysia (FAM). The last champions of Liga Perdana 2 is Public Bank F.C., Public Bank which won the league in 2003 season. The Malaysia Super League ( ms, Liga Super Malaysia) is the men's top professional football division of the Malaysian football league system. Liga Bolasepak Rakyat ( en, Malaysia People's Football League) was the fourth-tier football league in Malaysia. The league was managed by Liga Bolasepak Rakyat-Limited Liability Partnership (LBR-LLP) and it was an amateur-level competition.
