Liam Walsh (boxer)
Liam Walsh (born 18 May 1986) is a British professional boxer. He challenged once for the IBF super-featherweight title in 2017. He held the Commonwealth Boxing Council, Commonwealth super-featherweight title from 2010 to 2017, and the British Boxing Board of Control, British super-featherweight title from 2014 to 2016. Liam has two brothers, both of whom are also professional boxers, most notably his twin Ryan Walsh. Professional career Early career Walsh made his professional boxing debut on 2 February 2008 alongside his twin brother, Ryan Walsh, Ryan, and their elder brother, Michael. Boxing on the same bill as Olympic silver medalist Amir Khan (British boxer), Amir Khan at London's Excel Arena, all three brothers scored winning debuts. Liam Walsh (footballer)
Liam Walsh (born 15 September 1997) is an English footballer who plays as a midfielder for EFL Championship club Luton Town. He started his career at Everton, and also spent time on loan at Yeovil Town, for whom he made his Football League debut, and at Birmingham City and Coventry City. Career Everton Born in Huyton, England, Walsh started his career at Everton when he joined them at five years old. In July 2014, Walsh signed a scholarships with the academy. Eight months later, he signed his first professional contract with the club. Walsh progressed through Everton's academy, regularly appearing for the Under-18 and Under-23 sides. On 1 August 2015, Walsh appeared in the first team for the first time as an unused substitute, in a 2–0 loss against Leeds United. Liam Walsh (born 25 June 1963) is former Irish sportsperson. He played hurling with his local club Glenmore and with the Kilkenny senior inter-county team in the 1980s and 1990s. In 1992, he won an all-Ireland Senior Hurling Championship medal.Killkennycats
