Li Xiaomin
Li Xiaomin (; born May 1959) is a Chinese politician currently serving as the Communist Party Secretary of Wuxi, and a member of the Jiangsu Provincial Party Standing Committee. Li was born in Laiyang, Shandong province. He joined the Communist Party of China in 1982. He graduated from Nanjing University, where he majored in European capitalism and social development history. He later became involved in politics, serving in a series of roles in the Organization Department of the Jiangsu provincial party committee, before being elevated to deputy head of the department, then deputy secretary-general of the provincial government, then vice governor of Jiangsu. In March 2011 he was named a member of the provincial Party Standing Committee and the Secretary of the provincial Political and Legal Affairs Commission (''Zhengfawei''). A Party Committee Secretary () is the leader of the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) organization in a province, city, village, or other administrative unit. In most cases, it is the ''de facto'' highest political office of its area of jurisdiction. Wang Like (; born 2 December 1964) is a Chinese police official and politician of Manchu heritage, serving since 2015 as the Secretary of Jiangsu Provincial Political and Legal Affairs Commission (''Zhengfawei''), and a member of the provincial Party Standing Committee. Biography Wang is of Manchu ethnic background, and was born in Penglai County, Shandong. He joined the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) in December 1984. He graduated from the Liaoning Law Enforcement College, and made his way up the ranks in the policing system of Liaoning province, working in Beizhen, Jinzhou, Huludao, and finally Dalian, where he served as the city's police chief. Huang Lixin (; born August 1962) is a Chinese politician currently serving as chairwoman of the Zhejiang Provincial Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference. Previously she served as chairwoman of the Jiangsu Provincial Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference. Huang has been dispatched successively to fill vacancies left by officials accused of corruption: first replacing Mao Xiaoping in Wuxi, then Yang Weize in Nanjing, then Li Yunfeng as executive vice governor. The Central Political and Legal Affairs Commission (), commonly referred to as ''Zhongyang Zhengfawei'' (中央政法委, literally "Central Poli-Legal Commission") in Chinese, is the organization under the Central Committee of the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) responsible for political and legal affairs. In practice, the organization oversees all legal enforcement authorities, including the police force. Wuxi
Wuxi (, ) is a city in southern Jiangsu province, eastern China, by car to the northwest of downtown Shanghai, between Changzhou and Suzhou.
