Li Xi (politician)
Li Xi (; born October 1956) is a Chinese politician who is the current secretary of the Central Commission for Discipline Inspection and the seventh-ranking member of the Politburo Standing Committee of the Chinese Communist Party. From 2017 to 2022, he was the Communist Party Secretary of Guangdong province and a member of the 19th Politburo of the Chinese Communist Party. Li spent much of his career in northwestern China, and served as the party secretary of the revolutionary base of Yan'an. He then served as the deputy party secretary of Shanghai, then Governor of Liaoning province, then promoted to party secretary. Li Xi (; born December 1962) is a former Chinese politician from Yunnan province; he served as the executive vice mayor of Kunming and a member of the provincial capital's Provincial party standing committee. Chen Zhenggao
Chen Zhenggao (; born March 1952) is a Chinese politician. He is best known for his terms as Minister of Housing and Urban-Rural Development, and governor of Liaoning province. Biography Chen was born in Haicheng, Liaoning Province, China. He was the mayor of Shenyang, the capital of Liaoning. In December 2005, he was appointed as the secretary of CPC's Shenyang City committee. On December 22, 2007, the standing committee of Liaoning people's congress accepted the request of resignation of Zhang Wenyue as the governor of Liaoning, and appointed Chen Zhenggao as the vice governor. Xigu District
Xigu District () is one of 5 districts of the prefecture-level city of Lanzhou, the capital of Gansu Province, Northwest China. It is the westernmost part of the city of Lanzhou proper. Until 1952, Xigu was part of Gaolan County as a township and in 1953 it was established as the fifth district level division of Lanzhou.
