Leung Kwun Chung
Leung Kwun Chung (; born 1 April 1992 in Hong Kong) is a Hong Kong professional football player who plays as a defensive midfielder for Hong Kong Premier League club Eastern. He is the older brother of current Zhejiang Pro player Leung Nok Hang. Club career Leung played for Hong Kong Third Division club Sham Shui Po when he was young. In 2012, Leung signed for Hong Kong First Division club Yokohama FC Hong Kong. On 18 May 2015, Leung won the Hong Kong Top Footballer Awards 2014/15 Best Youth Player. Before the start of the 2015–16 Hong Kong Premier League, Leung signed for Hong Kong Premier League club Pegasus. On 3 February 2016, Leung scored his first goal in the 2015–16 Hong Kong FA Cup against Hong Kong First Division club Wanchai, which wins the match 6:1. British Hong Kong
Hong Kong was a colony and later a dependent territory of the British Empire from 1841 to 1997, apart from a period of occupation under the Japanese Empire from 1941 to 1945 during the Pacific War. The colonial period began with the British occupation of Hong Kong Island in 1841, during the First Opium War between the British and the Qing dynasty. Hong Kong Third Division League is the fourth-highest division overall in the Hong Kong football league system under the organization of Hong Kong Football Association. Starting with the 2012–13 season, the two divisions of Hong Kong Third Division League were merged into one. Hong Kong Second Division League
Hong Kong Second Division League () is the third level of football league in Hong Kong founded in 1909. The top two teams are promoted to the Hong Kong First Division. Competition format * Each team plays the other teams twice, one home and one away game. The ticket profits go to the home team. If there are two matches in the same stadium on the day, the profits are shared between the two home teams. * Since most of the teams do not have a home ground, the matches will be playing on different grounds. Hong Kong FA Cup () is a knockout cup competition in Hong Kong football, run by and named after The Hong Kong Football Association. The first edition of the competition was held in 1975, before then the cup was known as the Golden Jubilee Cup. The current season is the 45th edition of the event. 14 different teams have won the cup with 10-time champions South China being the most successful. In the first three years, the semi-finals and the finals were two-legged events. If the aggregate result was drawn, there would be extra time after the second leg. Drawn ties after extra time would be settled by a replay. However, this practice was abandoned in 1977. The Hong Kong Senior Challenge Shield (), known commonly as the Senior Shield, is the football knockout inter-club competition held in Hong Kong and the fourth oldest football tournament in Asia. Traditionally, only the teams in the Hong Kong Premier League are entered into the competition. However, on occasion teams in lower divisions, usually the champions of the Junior Shield, are invited in order to increase the number of participating teams. Wanchai Sports Federation () is a football club which currently plays in the Hong Kong Second Division. The club is operated by the Wan Chai District Council. The club plays its home matches at Happy Valley Recreation Ground. History In 2002, the Hong Kong Football Association introduced the Hong Kong Third District Division League, which was formed by teams operating by each District Council of Hong Kong. Wanchai was one of 11 clubs to join the league in the first season. The club did not perform well since they were formed as they were usually placing at the bottom half of league table.
