Lesya Yaroslavskaya
Olesya (Lesya) Vladimirovna Yaroslavskaya (russian: Оле́ся (Ле́ся) Влади́мировна Яросла́вская; born 20 March 1981) is a Russian pop singer, lead singer of Viktor Drobysh's girls band :ru:Тутси (группа), Тootsie (2004–2012), author and performer of her own songs. Early life Yaroslavskaya was born in the closed city of Severomorsk, where her father worked as a military officer and her mother as a music teacher. Yaroslavskaya started performing from the age of four, when she sang the song ''Junk Letters'' in the local House of Culture. At the age of seven, she and her parents moved to Naro-Fominsk. There, she started studying piano. During her teen years, she regularly took part in music festivals, including in her birth town. After finishing her secondary school, Yaroslavskaya enrolled in the Moscow Regional College of Art, specialising in pop-jazz music. Severomorsk
Severomorsk (russian: Северомо́рск), known as Vayenga () until April 18, 1951, is a closed town in Murmansk Oblast, Russia. Severomorsk is the main administrative base of the Russian Northern Fleet. The town is located on the coast of the Barents Sea along the Kola Bay northeast of Murmansk, the administrative centre of the oblast, to which it is connected by railway and a motorway. History Early settlement The first settlement on the site of the modern city arose between 1896 and 1897. It was named Vayenga (), after the river, the name of which itself comes from the Sami "vayongg", meaning "doe" or "reindeer". In 1917, only thirteen people lived in the settlement, who engaged in hunting, fishing and animal husbandry. ''Dom-2'' (russian: Дом-2, "House-2") is a Russian reality TV show created by TNT channel. In the show, the contestants' main objective is to construct a house whilst trying to find a partner in the process. Couples then compete for the house itself. The first episode of ''Dom-2'' was aired on May 11, 2004. It remains one of the most highly rated, profitable and longest-running reality shows on television in Russia. ''Dom-2'' broadcasts on the TNT channel at 11 pm every day. It is hosted by Kseniya Sobchak and Kseniya Borodina. After more than 5,500 episodes, as of July 2019, it is the longest running reality show in Russia. In December 2020, ''Dom-2'' started to be shown in the United Kingdom when the TNT channel started to be broadcast on Freeview via Channelbox. RIA Novosti (russian: РИА Новости), sometimes referred to as RIAN () or RIA (russian: РИА, label=none) is a Russian state-owned domestic news agency. On 9 December 2013 by a decree of Vladimir Putin it was liquidated and its assets and workforce were transferred to the newly created Rossiya Segodnya agency. Muz-TV (russian: Муз-ТВ, from Музыкальное телевидение - Music Television) is a Russian music TV channel, broadcasting since 1996. It is largely modelled after western MTV and predates launching of MTV Russia in 1998. Muz-TV was founded by Sergey Lisovskiy. The general director of Muz-TV is Arman Davletarov.
