Lesley Waters
Lesley Waters (born 3 April 1960) is an English celebrity chef. She regularly appeared on such cookery programmes as ''Ready Steady Cook'', and is currently one of the featured chefs on '' This Morning''. Career Waters studied French Cuisine at Ealing College for three years, before cooking in top hotels, and winning awards including a scholarship to the Hotel Intercontinental in Düsseldorf. She then joined Prue Leith's restaurant, where she was promoted to senior chef. She then worked as a freelance corporate chef and caterer for government officials before joining Leith's School of Food and Wine as an instructor, rising to head teacher. Waters started in television in 1989 on various cable TV shows, before ''Ready Steady Cook'' and ''Can't Cook, Won't Cook''. Ealing College
The University of West London (UWL) is a public research university in the United Kingdom with campuses in Ealing, Brentford, and in Reading, Berkshire. ''Ready Steady Cook'' is a BBC daytime TV cooking game show. It debuted on 24 October 1994 and the last original edition was broadcast on 2 February 2010. The programme was hosted by Fern Britton from 1994 until 2000 when celebrity chef Ainsley Harriott became the new host. In August 2000, when Harriott took over, the duration of the programme was extended from 30 to 45 minutes. On 2 September 2019, it was confirmed that Rylan Clark-Neal would host a revived daytime series on BBC One in 2020. Dame Prudence Margaret Leith, (born 18 February 1940) is a South African restaurateur, chef, caterer, Television presenter, television presenter/broadcaster, journalist, cookery writer and novelist. She is Chancellor (education), Chancellor of Queen Margaret University, Edinburgh. She was a judge on BBC Two's ''Great British Menu'' for eleven years, before joining ''The Great British Bake Off'' in March 2017, replacing Mary Berry, when the television programme moved to Channel 4.
