Leno (stream)
The Leno (German ''Leimbach'') is the last of the main tributaries of the Adige river, at a confluence on its left bank near the town of Rovereto. It is actually formed of 2 water-courses: *the Leno of Vallarsa (what is properly called the Leno) *the Leno of Terragnolo, flowing to the left of the main branch, with which it joins a short distance upstream from the settlement of Rovereto, near the comune of Trambileno. Adige
The Adige (; german: Etsch ; vec, Àdexe ; rm, Adisch ; lld, Adesc; la, Athesis; grc, Ἄθεσις, Áthesis, or , ''Átagis'') is the second-longest river in Italy, after the Po. It rises near the Reschen Pass in the Vinschgau in the province of South Tyrol, near the Italian border with Austria and Switzerland, and flows through most of northeastern Italy to the Adriatic Sea. Rovereto
Rovereto (; "wood of sessile oaks"; locally: ''Roveredo'') is a city and ''comune'' in Trentino in northern Italy, located in the Vallagarina valley of the Adige River. History Rovereto was an ancient fortress town standing at the frontier between the bishopric of Trento – an independent state until 1797 – and the republic of Venice, and later between Austrian Tyrol and Italy.
