Gramsh, Elbasan
Gramsh ( sq-definite, Gramshi) is a town and a municipality in Elbasan County, central Albania. The municipality was formed at the 2015 local government reform by the merger of the former municipalities Gramsh, Kodovjat, Kukur, Kushovë, Lenie, Pishaj, Poroçan, Skënderbegas, Sult and Tunjë, that became municipal units. The seat of the municipality is the town Gramsh. The total population is 24,231 (2011 census), in a total area of 739.75 km2. The population of the former municipality at the 2011 census was 8,440. The town is connected with Elbasan, Korça, Pogradec, Skrapar, Librazhd and Berat. The town is crossed by the river Devoll. Grabovë E Sipërme
Grabovë e Sipërme (also: ''Grabova''; rup, Greãva, ) is a village in Albania inhabited by Albanians Aromanians. The village is located in the former municipality of Lenie. At the 2015 local government reform it became part of the municipality Gramsh. History Grabova was a medieval town created in the 10th century. Aromanians have left Grabova on several occasions, although the village has never been completely deserted. The first wave of depopulation took place in the 17th century, when Grabova shared the fate of Moscopolis and during the inter-war period, starting with 1931, many of Grabovars emigrated to Elbasan and Lushnjë. In 1933, 15 families from the village emigrated to Romania; they initially settled in Southern Dobruja and then, in 1940, in the village of Nisipari, Constanța County, from where they moved to the larger nearby towns (Medgidia, Ovidiu, Constanta). Valamara
The Valamara ( sq, Mali i Valamarës; rup, Valea Mari) is a mountain of the Central Mountain Range (Albania), Central Mountain Range in Southeastern Albania. Geography The mountain is roughly part of a series of mountains, extending from north-northeast to south-southwest between the valleys of Shkumbin in the north and Devoll (river), Devoll in the south. It is one of the highest peaks in the European continent, in terms of topographic prominence. There is a rich evidence of previous glaciation in the highest parts of the mountains as glaciers covered the mountains and created its cirque-shaped lakes and depressions. There are at least eight glacial lakes across the mountain range. The eastern edge of the mountain gives rise to several rivers amongst them the third longest river of the country, the Shkumbin. Devoll ( sq, Devoll; sq-definite, Devolli) is a river in southern Albania. It is one of the source rivers of Seman. It is long and its drainage basin is . Its average discharge is . Its source is in the southwestern corner of the Devoll municipality, close to the Greek border. It flows initially northeast, through Miras, then north through Bilisht, and northwest through Progër, Pojan (in the northern ''Korçë Plain'' which was marshy until after the World War II), Maliq, Moglicë, Kodovjat, Gramsh, where it is stowed in a big lake and Gostimë, where it turns south.
