Len Matela
Len Matela (born January 27, 1980) is a retired American professional basketball player. He played the center position. Career Matela played college basketball at Bowling Green State University. He went undrafted in the 2002 NBA draft. He arrived in Europe in 2002 signing with Mitteldeutscher BC of Germany. He later played his whole career in Belgium with Antwerp Giants, Spirou Charleroi Spirou Charleroi, commonly known simply as Spirou, is a Belgian professional basketball club that is located in Charleroi. The center (C), or the centre, also known as the five or the pivot, is one of the five Basketball position, positions in a regulation basketball game. The center is normally the tallest player on the team, and often has a great deal of strength and body mass as well. In the NBA, the center is typically close to tall.
