Lela Bliss (May 11, 1896 – May 15, 1980) was an American actress. She made her first silent film, '' Pretty Mrs. Smith'', in 1915 and appeared in at least over 40 movies until the 1960s. Career Bliss appeared in supporting roles and bit parts in Hollywood films such as '' The Dark Mirror'' (1946), ''Miracle on 34th Street'' (1947) and ''Intruder in the Dust'' (1949). She often played mothers, neighbours or society women. From the 1950s on, she also appeared frequently on popular television shows including ''My Little Margie'' (as Trixie Wilson, the mother of Margie's boyfriend, in the 1952 episode "Vern's Chums"), ''The Twilight Zone,'' ''Maverick,'' ''Mister Ed'' and ''The Addams Family''. __NOTOC__ Lela Alene Brooks (February 7, 1908 – September 11, 1990) was a Canadian speed skater and multiple world-record holder. She specialized in short track skating. Biography Born in Toronto, Brooks was the first female member of the Old Orchard Skating Club and entered her first race at age 12. Her father, a dental technician, and her mother both skated and encouraged their kids toward the sport. She had two siblings, one of which was an older brother who also went on to become a Canadian skating champion. She began setting Ontario and Canadian records in 1923 at the age of 15. By the end of 1925, when she was 17, Brooks had broken six world records. She would ultimately set 17 world records and win 65 championships over her skating career, all done within North America. Reinaldo Felisbino, a.k.a. Lela (born 17 April 1962) was a Brazilian football player. Felisbino was born in Bauru, São Paulo, Brazil. He played as a Midfielder#Winger, right-winger, beginning and ending his career with Esporte Clube Noroeste in Bauru. He also wore the shirt of Fluminense Football Club, Associação Atlética Internacional (Limeira), Inter de Limeira and Coritiba Foot Ball Club. Lela A. Mevorah (17 January 1898 – 13 November 1972) was a Serbian librarian and head of the Central Medical Library at the University of Belgrade Faculty of Medicine. Mevorah was born in Belgrade to a Jewish family, the youngest of the four children and only daughter of Avram Mevorah, who worked in the Royal Currency Exchange with his father, and Esther (Koen) Mevorah, who formerly ran a wholesale store with her sister. In World War I, Lela Mevorah volunteered as a nurse at the age of sixteen. Her brothers served in the Royal Serbian Army. She completed high school in Nice, France. Her father did not permit her to study medicine, but she did study philosophy in Paris. In World War II, Mevorah's father and two of her brothers were killed by Nazis in the Holocaust. Lela Violão, born Manuel Tomás da Cruz (January 18, 1929 – April 5, 2009) was a Cape Verdean singer and composer. Lela Violão was born on the island of São Vicente, his father was Tomás Manuel da Cruz and his mother was Isabel Ana Oliveira. Lela started playing the violin at 8 years old, he brought a large generation of musicians and composers which performed festivals and series. He took part with more recent generation and was modeled by his music, kept the register from other ears. He was part of a musical group Simentera. He worked in Roça Água-Izé in São Tomé and Príncipe where as a result of an accident, he lost his middle finger and which he started to play the violin only with his nine fingers.
