Lehtisaari, Helsinki
Lehtisaari (; sv, Lövö) is an island and part of Munkkiniemi, a neighborhood in western Helsinki, Finland. Lehtisaari's overall appearance is coastal and wooded. Lehtisaari contains a portion of the jogging route that is used by the Helsinki City Marathon. The island's residential zoning began in the 1950s. The island's residential area was mostly built in the 1960s. The street Kuusisaarentie runs through Lehtisaari from Munkkiniemi to the districts of Otaniemi and Keilaniemi in the neighbouring city of Espoo and to the Ring I beltway. The street includes a small bridge from Kuusisaari to Lehtisaari and a longer bridge from Lehtisaari to Otaniemi near Keilaniemi. Lehtisaari also has a bridge to Kaskisaari, with a narrow and winding street Lehtisaarentie leading there, and also a light traffic bridge to Lauttasaari. Lehtisaari, Jyväskylä
Lehtisaari (sometimes spelled Lehtissaari) is a district in Jyväskylä, Finland, in the former municipality of Säynätsalo on an island on Lake Päijänne. Its district number is 32 and has been named after the island of Lehtissaari. The area of the district is 0.7 square kilometres. The district is connected to the island of Säynätsalo (island), Säynätsalo by the Louhunsalmi bridge and to Muuratsalo by the Lemmensilta bridge. The terrain of Lehtisaari resembles that of the island of Säynätsalo but the surface varies more. History Lehtisaari or Lehtissaari was a part of Jämsä until 1861, when Korpilahti became its own parish. In 1921, the island was transferred to the new Muurame municipality. While Säynätsalo Säynätsalo is a former municipality in Finland and a part of Jyväskylä. As of November 2010 its population was 3,340.
