Lee Yeong-jae
Lee Yeong-jae (; Hanja: 李英才; born 13 September 1994) is a South Korean football midfielder who plays for Suwon FC and the South Korea national team. Club career Lee joined Ulsan Hyundai in 2015 and made his league debut against Jeonnam Dragons on 5 July 2015. On 25 October 2015, he scored first goal against Jeonnam Dragons. He moved to Busan IPark on loan on 8 February 2016. International career He was a member of the South Korea national U-23 team for the 2015 King's Cup and 2016 AFC U-23 Championship. He has played 20 games and scored 4 goals for South Korea Olympics. 2022 EAFF E-1 Football Championship
The 2022 EAFF E-1 Football Championship was an association football tournament organized by the East Asian Football Federation. It was the 9th edition of the EAFF E-1 Football Championship, the football championship of East Asia. The finals were originally scheduled to be held in China. However, on 19 April 2022, it was announced that Japan would host the finals. It was the nation's fourth time hosting the tournament. In this edition, preliminary rounds were not conducted. North Korea withdrew from the competition and the remaining slot of the participating teams for the final round was decided upon the FIFA rankings as of 31 March 2022. 2016 K League Challenge
The 2016 K League Challenge was the fourth season of the K League Challenge, the second tier South Korean professional league for association football clubs since its establishment in 2013. Top-ranked team (excluding Ansan Mugunghwa) gained promotion to the K League Classic and the promotion play-offs among three clubs ranked between 2nd and 4th place was held after the regular season ends. Teams Sangju Sangmu FC, the champions of the 2015 K League Challenge, and Suwon FC, promotion series winners, were promoted to the 2016 K League Classic, then Daejeon Citizen and Busan IPark were relegated from the top tier. The K League 1 (Hangul: K리그1) is the men's top professional football division of the South Korean football league system. The league is contested by twelve clubs. History The South Korean professional football league was founded in 1983 as the "Korean Super League", with five member clubs. The initial five clubs were Hallelujah FC, Yukong Elephants, Pohang Steelworks, Daewoo Royals, Kookmin Bank. Hallelujah FC won the inaugural title, finishing one point ahead of Daewoo Royals to lift the crown. 2016 AFC U-23 Championship
The 2016 AFC U-23 Championship (also known as the 2016 AFC U-23 Asian Cup) was the second edition of the AFC U-23 Championship, the biennial international age-restricted football championship organised by the Asian Football Confederation (AFC) for the men's under-23 national teams of Asia. The tournament was held in Qatar between 12–30 January 2016. A total of 16 teams compete in the tournament. The tournament was also renamed from the "AFC U-22 Championship" to the "AFC U-23 Championship". For the first time, the AFC U-23 Championship acted as the AFC qualifiers for the Olympic football tournament, replacing the previous process of home-and-away Olympic qualifiers. Jeonnam Dragons
The Jeonnam Dragons (Korean: 전남 드래곤즈) are a South Korean professional football club based in the city of Gwangyang, South Jeolla Province that competes in the K League 2, the second tier of South Korean football.
