Lee Si-hyeong
Lee Si-hyeong (Hangul: 이시형; born December 15, 2000) is a South Korean figure skater. He represented his country at the 2022 Winter Olympics and is a five-time South Korean national medalist (bronze in 2017, 2019, silver in 2020, 2021, 2022). Personal Life Lee was born on December 15, 2000 in Seoul, South Korea. He is currently a student at Korea University, where he studies sports science. His figure skating idols are Yuna Kim and Joshua Farris. Career Early career Lee began figure skating at the age of ten after being inspired by Yuna Kim's victory at the 2010 Vancouver Olympics. As a junior skater, Lee competed at 2013 Asian Open Trophy, where he finished second and then went on to win the bronze medal 2013 Korean Junior Championships. 2023 ISU World Team Trophy In Figure Skating
The 2023 ISU World Team Trophy is an international figure skating competition that was held from April 13–16, 2023 in Tokyo, Japan. The top six International Skating Union members were invited to compete in a team format with points awarded based on skaters' placement. Participating countries selected two men's single skaters, two women' single skaters, one pair, and one ice dance entry for their team. Asian Open Figure Skating Trophy
The Asian Open Figure Skating Trophy (or ''Asian Trophy''; previously known as the Asian Figure Skating Championships) is an annual figure skating competition sanctioned by the Asian Skating Union. Skaters compete in the disciplines of men's and ladies' singles across three levels: senior, junior, and novice. Following an ASU meeting in Changchun, China during the 6th Asian Winter Games 2007, the ASU revised the name of the competition from the Asian Figure Skating Championships to the Asian Figure Skating Trophy, with the International Skating Union approving the change.
