Lee Sang-min (; born 1 January 1998) is a South Korean professional Association football, footballer who plays as a Defender (association football), defender for FC Seoul. Club career Seoul E-Land FC In 2020, he joined Seoul E-Land FC of K League 2 on loan from Ulsan Hyundai FC, Ulsan Hyundai. In 2021, he was fully transferred to the club. FC Seoul In 2022, Lee joined FC Seoul. International career In a friendly match against Zambia on 27 March 2017, Lee successfully resuscitated the unconscious Jeong Tae-wook, saving his life. He captained the South Korea national under-23 football team, South Korean under-23 team at the 2020 AFC U-23 Championship and the Football at the 2020 Summer Olympics – Men's tournament, 2020 Summer Olympics. The 2022 K League 1, also known as the Hana 1Q K League 1 for sponsorship reasons, is the 40th season of the top division of professional football in South Korea since its establishment in 1983 as the K League, and the fifth season under its current name, the K League 1. The 2021 K League 2 was the ninth season of the K League 2, the second-tier South Korean professional league for association football clubs since its establishment in 2013, and the fourth one with its current name, the K League 2. The top-ranked team and the winner of the promotion-relegation play-off got promoted to the 2022 K League 1. The 2020 K League 2 is the eighth season of the K League 2, the second-tier South Korean professional league for association football clubs since its establishment in 2013, and the third one with its current name, the K League 2. The top-ranked team and the winners of the promotion play-offs among three clubs ranked between second and fourth got promoted to the 2021 K League 1. The season is the 48th season of the second-tier club football in Japan and the 21st season since the establishment of J2 League. The K League 1 (Hangul: K리그1) is the men's top professional football division of the South Korean football league system. The league is contested by twelve clubs. History The South Korean professional football league was founded in 1983 as the "Korean Super League", with five member clubs. The initial five clubs were Hallelujah FC, Yukong Elephants, Pohang Steelworks, Daewoo Royals, Kookmin Bank.
