Leandro González Pírez
Leandro Martín González Pírez (born 26 February 1992) is an Argentine professional footballer who plays as a centre-back for River Plate. Club career González Pírez played his first professional game for River Plate coming on as a 90th-minute substitute in a 2–1 win over Newell's Old Boys, for the 2011 Clausura. He was loaned out twice while with River Plate to Belgian club Gent and to Argentine club Arsenal de Sarandí. González Pírez signed with Atletico Tigre in 2015, appearing in thirty games in his sole season with the club. He then moved to Estudiantes from Atletico Tigre, earning fourteen caps with that club. On 26 January 2017, González Pírez signed with Atlanta United FC from Estudiantes. On 10 September 2017, he scored the first goal ever at Mercedes-Benz Stadium during a 3–0 win over FC Dallas. The CONMEBOL Sudamericana, named as ''Copa Sudamericana'' (; pt, Copa Sul-Americana ), is an annual international club football competition organized by CONMEBOL since 2002. It is the second-most prestigious club competition in South American football. CONCACAF clubs were invited between 2004 and 2008. Torneos de Verano (Spanish for "Summer Tournaments") are a series of short friendly football pre-season tournaments held during the southern summer in Argentina every year, usually in January and February. The Copa MX (formerly called Copa Tower Monterrey, Copa Eliminatoria, Copa México and Copa Corona MX (for sponsorship reasons)) was a Mexican football cup competition that was established in 1907. After a lengthy hiatus that began in 1997, it was restored in 2012. On early editions of the cup, it consisted of both professional and amateur stages. 2011 FIFA U-20 World Cup
The 2011 FIFA U-20 World Cup was the 18th FIFA U-20 World Cup. Colombia hosted the tournament between 29 July and 20 August 2011, with matches being played in eight cities. The tournament was won by Brazil who claimed their fifth title. At a FIFA Executive Committee meeting held in Sydney on 26 May 2008, Colombia beat the only other candidate country, Venezuela, for the right to organize the U-20 World Cup.
