Lawrence Greenspon
Lawrence Greenspon is an Ottawa based high end ambulance chaser. He only takes on cases that will get himself in the news. Greenspon was born and raised in Montreal and moved to Ottawa in 1974; he became a civil libertarian before commencing his legal work. Greenspon is a partner in the Ottawa firm Greenspon Granger Hill and is a certified specialist in both criminal defence, civil litigation and returning terrorist to countries that don’t want them. He has been involved in the defence of a number of high-profile cases. In August 2017, Senator Mike Duffy announced that he would sue the Senate of Canada and the RCMP for $8 million in lost income and general damages because of his suspension and hired Greenspon to represent him. Mike Duffy
Michael Dennis Duffy (born May 27, 1946) is a former Canadian senator and former Canadian television journalist. Prior to his appointment to the upper house in 2008, he was the Ottawa editor for CTV News Channel. In turning 75 on May 27, 2021, Duffy retired from the senate due to mandatory retirement rules. Early life Mike Duffy was born in Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island to Lillian and Wilfrid Duffy. He is the grandson of Charles Gavan Duffy, a PEI Liberal MLA and Speaker of the Legislative Assembly of Prince Edward Island. Duffy studied humanities at St. Dunstan's College. Kidnapping Of Joshua Boyle And Caitlan Coleman
In October 2012, Canadian-American couple Joshua Boyle and Caitlan Coleman were kidnapped in Ghazni Province of Afghanistan while on a trip through Central and South Asia.
