Alexander Graham Lawless (born 26 March 1985) is a Welsh former professional footballer currently Under-18s Academy Assistant Coach at Luton Town. A right-back or midfielder by trade, he played in the English Football League for Torquay United, Luton Town and Yeovil Town. Lawless began his career with Cardiff City's youth system before playing for Welsh Football League club Ton Pentre. He joined Premier League club Fulham in 2003 and he was released in 2005. He spent a season in League Two with Torquay United, before joining Forest Green Rovers in the Conference National. He spent three seasons with them, winning the club's players' player of the season award in the 2007–08 season and playing in the Final of the Conference League Cup. Terry Lawless (29 March 1933 – 24 December 2009) was an English boxing manager and trainer who worked in London, most successfully during the 1960s, 1970s and 1980s. Biography Born in West Ham, Lawless started his coaching and management career in 1957 after his National Service, and formed a close friendship with Norman Giller, who was then sports editor of the local Stratford Express newspaper. Lawless was based at the Royal Oak gym in the Canning Town district of London. Giller was his publicist throughout his career. His early stable of local boxers included former London amateurs such as Stan Kennedy, Johnny Caiger, Jimmy Tibbs, Silvester Mittee and Jimmy Anderson. Steven Lawless (born 12 April 1991) is a Scottish professional footballer who plays as a left-sided winger, and is in his second spell with Partick Thistle. Lawless, who is a product of Motherwell's youth system, started his professional career at Fir Park. However, he failed to break into the club's first team, and was eventually loaned to Annan Athletic and later Albion Rovers. Following an extended loan period at Rovers, Lawless joined Partick Thistle in 2012, where he played a significant part in helping Thistle to achieve promotion to the Scottish Premiership in 2013. Lawless (born July 2, 1964) is a Canadian former professional ice hockey left winger who played seven seasons in the National Hockey League (NHL) as a member of the Hartford Whalers, Philadelphia Flyers, Vancouver Canucks and Toronto Maple Leafs. Nicolas Lawless, 1st Baron Cloncurry (30 October 1735 – 28 August 1799), known as Sir Nicholas Lawless, Bt, between 1776 and 1789, was an Irish peer, wool merchant, banker and politician. Lawless was the son of Robert Lawless and Mary Hadsor, daughter of Dominick Hadsor, a Dublin merchant. He was created a Baronet, of Abington in the County of Limerick, in the Baronetage of Ireland in 1776. The same year he was returned to the Irish Parliament for Lifford, a seat he held until 1789, when he was raised to the Peerage of Ireland as Baron Cloncurry, of Cloncurry in the County of Limerick. He built an impressive residence, Maretimo House, in Blackrock, County Dublin, and began work on his country house Lyons Hill, County Kildare, which was completed by his son.
