Laurence Ekperigin
Laurence Ekperigin (born February 21, 1988) is a British-American professional basketball player who last played for ADA Blois. He played college basketball at Le Moyne before playing professionally in South Korea, Italy, Spain, France and Israel. College career Ekperigin played four seasons for the Le Moyne College Dolphins, where he averaged 16.8 points and 10.0 rebounds per game. Professional career Ekperigin began his professional career with Ulsan Mobis Phoebus of the South Korean league, where he played 56 games, averaging 14.3 points and 7.3 rebounds. In March 2011, he joined Pallacanestro Cantù of the Italian league who loaned him to Pallacanestro Biella. He would only play 3 games for Biella before joining CB Gran Canaria of the Spanish ACB league. On July 4, 2014, he signed with JSF Nanterre for the 2014–15 season. The power forward (PF), also known as the four or strong forward, is a position in basketball. Power forwards play a role similar to centers. When on offense, they typically play with their backs towards the basket. The London International Basketball Invitational was a men's basketball competition. It took place at the Basketball Arena in London and was the first event to take place in the Olympic Park. The event was part of the London Prepares series and was organised by the London Organising Committee of the Olympic Games and Paralympic Games. The event took place between 16 and 21 August 2011 and was held in a round robin format. The tournament tested the venue's scoreboards, the playing area accreditation and catering. The LNB Pro B, commonly known as Pro B, is the French basketball league system, 2nd-tier level men's professional basketball league in France. It is the second division of the Ligue Nationale de Basket (LNB), which has organized the league since the year 1987. The Liga ACB, known as Liga Endesa for sponsorship reasons, is the top professional basketball division of the Spanish basketball league system. Administrated by the Asociación de Clubs de Baloncesto (ACB), Liga ACB is contested by 18 teams, with the two lowest-placed teams relegated to the LEB Oro and replaced by the top team in that division plus the winner of the promotion playoffs.
