Launceston International
The Launceston Tennis International is a professional tennis tournament played on outdoor hardcourts. It is part of the ITF Women's Circuit and has been held in Launceston, Australia, since 2012. In 2014, it was upgraded to a $50k event. In 2018, it returned to a $25k category event, before upgrading to a $60k event in 2019. Mohamed Safwat
Mohamed Safwat ( ar, محمد صفوت; born 19 September 1990) is an Egyptian tennis player. Safwat has been a regular player on the Egypt Davis Cup team since 2009. Safwat has won one singles and three titles in doubles on the ATP Challenger Tour. He is currently the Egyptian No. 1. Professional career In 2016, Safwat became the first Egyptian player since 1997 to reach the final of an Challenger tournament when he reached the final in Kenitra, where he lost to Maximilian Marterer in straight sets. Bradley Mousley (born 3 January 1996) is an Australian tennis player. Mousley won the Australian Open boys' doubles title in both 2013 and 2014. In August 2014, Mousley received a one-year ban, backdated to 30 May 2014, after testing positive for ecstasy in March. Jordan Thompson (born 20 April 1994) is an Australian professional tennis player, reaching a career-high ranking of World No. 43 on 15 July 2019. Luke Saville (born 1 February 1994) is an Australian professional tennis player. He has had success as a doubles player where he reached his highest ranking of World No. 23 on 8 November 2021. Saville reached the final at the 2020 Australian Open, partnering with fellow Australian Max Purcell. Rubin Statham (born 25 April 1987), often referred to by his nickname of "José," is a professional tennis player from New Zealand. His twin brother Mikal (usually referred to by his nickname of "Oliver") is also a professional tennis player. Adam Hubble (born 25 March 1986) was an Australian professional tennis player playing on the ITF Men's Circuit and the ATP Challenger Tour who specialized in doubles.
