Riga
Riga (; lv, Rīga , liv, Rīgõ) is the capital and largest city of Latvia and is home to 605,802 inhabitants which is a third of Latvia's population. Dennis Harbour
Dennis Harbour (born 28 June 1961) is a former England, English darts player. His nickname was The Harbour Master. Career Harbour played in the 1989 Winmau World Masters and lost in the first round to Dave Whitcombe. He returned to the Masters in 1994, again losing in the first round to Mike Gregory (darts player), Mike Gregory. After many years in the circuit, Harbour finally qualified for the BDO World Darts Championship in 2003, defeating James Wade in the first round before losing to Mervyn King (darts player), Mervyn King. Irina Armstrong (russian: Ирина Армстронг) née Loginova (born 6 December 1970) is a Russian-born German female professional darts player who currently plays in the World Darts Federation (WDF) events. Her biggest achievement to date was advanced to semi-finals in the 2011 BDO World Darts Championship. She is a gold medalist in pairs competitions during the WDF World Cup and WDF Europe Cup. Career Armstrong started out playing ten-pin bowling until she was pregnant and decided to pick up darts. From then, she has quickly risen to be one of the top women players in the world. She picked up wins in the singles and pairs events in the Belgium Open and Finland Open, and followed it up with a win in the German Open pairs with Carina Ekberg of Sweden. Darius Labanauskas (born 26 July 1976) is a Lithuanian professional darts player who plays in the Professional Darts Corporation (PDC) events. In 2015, he was the WDF world number 1. Career BDO Labanauskas is a three-time Lithuania National Champion and won the Lithuania Open in 2011 and 2013. Ulf Ceder (born 17 April 1974) is a Finnish former professional darts player. Career Ceder reached the first round of the 1996 Winmau World Masters where he lost to Roland Scholten. Ceder then reached the last 32 stage of the 2004 WDF Europe Cup, defeating John Walton before losing to Robert Wagner. He then won the 2005 Finland National Championship, beating Kim Viljanen in the final.
