Larry Nixon
Larry Nixon (born September 3, 1950) is a professional fisherman from Bee Branch, Arkansas. Career He has competed in more than 260 bass fishing tournaments since 1977; still competing in bass fishing tournaments to this very day. Nixon has won fourteen first-place finishes in all the professional bass fishing events. He won the 1983 BASSMASTERS Classic held on the Ohio River near Cincinnati, Ohio. His catch there is the 3rd smallest winning weight in BASSMASTERS Classic history. He is also a 2-time B.A.S.S. Angler of The Year winner. Nixon was the first angler to earn $1 million in bass tournament winnings. Nixon's career earnings in his entire bass fishing career add up to a grand total of $1,634,858.60; making him a millionaire in the port. His biggest fish caught to win the ''Big Bass'' award was a black bass weighing at Lake Dardanelle in Arkansas on August 12, 2009. GameFAQs is a website that hosts FAQs and walkthroughs for video games. It was created in November 1995 by Jeff Veasey and was bought by CNET Networks in May 2003. It is currently owned by Fandom, Inc. since October 2022. The site has a database of video game information, cheat codes, reviews, game saves, box art images, and screenshots, almost all of which are submitted by volunteer contributors. The systems covered include the 8-bit Atari platform through modern consoles, as well as computer games and mobile games. Paramount Network is an American basic cable television channel owned by the MTV Entertainment Group unit of Paramount Media Networks. The network's headquarters are located at the Paramount Pictures studio lot in Los Angeles. Fishing League Worldwide (FLW) was the world's largest tournament fishing organization. FLW ran five tournament circuits, four of which offered a path to the largest tournament in professional bass fishing – the Forrest Wood Cup. The organization's initials are taken from Forrest L. Wood, founder of Ranger Boats and developer of the modern bass-fishing boat. The FLW Tour championship - the Forrest Wood Cup - is also named for Wood.
