Larry Julian
Larry Julian (born August 19, 1949) is a former Republican of the Michigan House of Representatives, representing Shiawassee County and three townships in Clinton County from 1999 to 2004. He was Speaker ''pro tempore'' of the House during the 92nd Legislature (2003-2004). Julian served as supervisor of Venice Township from 1991 to 1996. Twice, in 1999 and 2004, Julian introduced a proposal to lift Michigan's constitutional ban on the death penalty for first-degree murder. Richard Ball (May 8, 1932 - September 7, 2019) was a Republican member of the Michigan House of Representatives from 2005-2010 representing Shiawassee County and three townships in Clinton County. Lennon is a village in the U.S. state of Michigan. The population was 511 at the 2010 census. The village is located along M-13 within Venice Township in Shiawassee County to the west and Clayton Township in Genesee County to the east. History The village was founded by Peter Lennon. He got the Grand Trunk Western Railroad routed through the settlement and a depot built there. He built a grain elevator, which was followed by other businesses. A post office was established in Genesee County in July 1880 with Lennon as the first postmaster. The office was transferred to Shiawassee County in February 1889.
