Lara Sharma
Lara Sharma (born 1 October 1999) is an Indian professional footballer who plays as a goalkeeper for Indian Super League club Goa. Club career Lara is a product of the Tata Football Academy. He signed for Indian Arrows in 2017. In 2018, he made a move to ATK and played for their reserve team. In 2020, he was signed by Bengaluru FC. Lara was the second-choice goalkeeper for Bengaluru and did not get much playing time there. He won the 2022 Durand Cup with the club. For three seasons, he only made five league appearances for the club. In 2023, Lara was loaned to Kerala Blasters until the end of the 2023-24 season. I-League 2nd Division
I-League 2, previously known as I-League 2nd Division and officially known as or Hero I-League 2 (for sponsorship ties with Hero MotoCorp), is an Indian men's professional football league. It is the 3rd tier of Indian football, behind Indian Super League and I-League. It operates as a system of promotion with I-League (final qualifying phase of state leagues teams). In 2020, due to COVID-19 pandemic in India, the league format was changed into I-League Qualifiers. To avoid confusion with I-League being the second tier, the league was renamed to I-League 2 by AIFF in 2022. 2024–25 Indian Super League
The 2024–25 Indian Super League will be the 11th season of the Indian Super League (ISL) and the 29th season of the top division premier football in India. Mohun Bagan are the defending champions and Mumbai City are the defending cup winners. Changes from last season *This is the first season where it is no longer mandatory for ISL clubs to include at least one player from a member association of the Asian Football Confederation (AFC). *Besides doing away with the Asian quota, the ISL has also increased the salary cap from Rs 16.5 crore to Rs to 18 crore, with two players, either domestic or international, from each club outside the salary cap. 2023–24 Kerala Blasters FC Season
The 2023–24 season is the tenth season in Kerala Blasters FC's existence, as well as their tenth season in the Indian Super League. It began in April 2023 with the 2023 Durand Cup. Ahead of the season, the Blasters ended their six-year association with their then most-capped player at the time, Sahal Abdul Samad, swapping him with Pritam Kotal from Mohun Bagan and also received a reported transfer fee of ₹90 lakhs.
