Laia Sanz
Laia Sanz Pla-Giribert (born 11 December 1985), also known as Laia Sanz, is a Spanish sportswoman. She is a fourteen-time Women's Trial World Champion and ten-time Women's Trial European Champion in outdoor motorcycle trials. She has also a member of the Spanish Female Team in the Trial des Nations, helping the team win the event five times (2000, 2002, 2008, 2010, 2011). In 2010, she competed in the Women's Enduro World Championship for the first time. In 2011, she participated for the first time in the Dakar Rally, winning the Female motorcycle category and finishing 39th overall, a position that she managed to repeat a year later. 2015 SEAT León Eurocup
The 2015 SEAT León Eurocup was the fifth season of the SEAT León Eurocup. The season was contested over seven race meetings – with two races at each meeting – starting on 25 April at the Paul Ricard Circuit and concluding on 1 November at the Circuit de Barcelona-Catalunya. Reigning champion Pol Rosell defended his championship title for the Baporo Motorsport team. 2022 Extreme E Championship
The 2022 Extreme E Championship was the second season of the Extreme E electric off-road racing series. Calendar On 24 September 2021, a provisional five-round calendar was revealed, which included a return to Saudi Arabia for the season opener in February, an African event, a second Arctic X-Prix in Greenland or Iceland, and two trips to South America. A further update was announced on 22 December 2021. Saudi Arabia and Sardinia return from the previous year, with new events to be held in Chile, Uruguay and either Scotland or Senegal. The latter was later cancelled on 8 April due to financial issues, with Sardinia postponed until July and now set to host two events. 2021 Jurassic X-Prix
The 2021 Jurassic X-Prix was an Extreme E off-road race that was held on 18 and 19 December 2021 at Bovington Camp, in Dorset, England. It was the fifth and last round of the electric off-road racing car series' inaugural season. A significant rule adjustment was introduced for the event to accommodate the short nature of the circuit, each session now consisting of three laps, with the starting driver, who in the final would be the female driver, taking the first two. The final was won by Cristina Gutiérrez and Sébastien Loeb for Team X44, ahead of JBXE and Andretti United Extreme E. The 2021 Island X-Prix (formally the 2021 Enel X Island X-Prix) was an Extreme E off-road race that was held on 23 and 24 October 2021 at Capo Teulada, in the Sulcis-Iglesiente region of the Italian island of Sardinia. The 2021 Arctic X-Prix was an Extreme E off-road race that was held on 28 and 29 August 2021 in Russell Glacier, near Kangerlussuaq, Greenland. It was the third round of the electric off-road racing car series' inaugural season, and marked the first ever motorsport event held in Greenland. 2021 Extreme E Championship
The 2021 Extreme E Championship was the inaugural season of the Extreme E electric off-road racing series. It started on 3 April with the Desert X-Prix in Saudi Arabia. Calendar A provisional race schedule was announced on 17 December 2019, which would have seen a season start in January 2021 with an event in Senegal. But because of delays due to the COVID-19 pandemic the start of the season was pushed back to spring 2021, and a race in Patagonia was presented to replace a Nepal-based event. On 11 June 2021, both South American events –planned to be held in Ushuaia, Argentina and Santarém, Brazil– were cancelled, with championship CEO Alejandro Agag stating they are "seeking alternate destinations". In late July, the Island X-Prix on Sardinia was announced as the first replacement race. A Jurassic X-Prix, due to take place in Dorset, was revealed in October as the new season finale.
