Lehri tribe () is a Baloch people, Baloch () tribe in Balochistan (Pakistan), Balochistan, Pakistan. They are descended from the Rind (tribe), Rind Baloch and have emerged from the Domki tribe. Lehri (actor)
Safirullah Siddiqui, commonly known as Lehri (2 January 1929 – 13 September 2012), was a Pakistani comedian and an actor in the Urdu film industry of Pakistan. He is still considered one of the most acclaimed comedians of South Asia. Lehri is also known as the comedy king in the Pakistan film industry. He won 12 Nigar Awards for "Best Comedian" from 1963 to 1982. Early life Safirullah was born on 2 January 1929 in Kanpur, British India. After independence, he along with his family migrated to Pakistan and settled in Karachi. He performed on radio and stage before entering the film industry. Works Lehri acted from the late 1950s until the 1980s. He won the Nigar Award 11 times for various films between 1964 and 1986; his first film, ''Anokhi'', was released in 1956, and his last production was ''Dhanak'' in 1986. Sudesh Lehri
Sudesh Lehri (born 27 October 1968) is an Indian stand-up comedian from Punjab, India, who often perform in humour related shows on Indian television and live stage shows. He participated in the 2007 comedy show '' The Great Indian Laughter Challenge III'' in 2007. He placed third in the show after Kapil Sharma and Chandan Prabhakar. Afterwards, Lehri played in the show ''Comedy Circus'' as a contestant partnering with Krushna Abhishek. Together, they won three seasons and quickly garnered popularity as "Krushna-Sudesh". Sunil Lahri
Sunil Lahri (born 9 January 1961), also called Sunil Lahiri, is an Indian actor. He is best known for his portrayal of Lakshmana in the television show '' Ramayan'' (1987-1988). Personal life Lahri was born in Damoh, Madhya Pradesh on 9 January 1961 to Shikar Chandra Lahiri, a professor in a medical college and Tara Lahri. Lahri has two younger brothers. After completing schooling from Bhopal, Lahri moved to Mumbai, where he graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree from Mumbai's Wilson College. In 2012, Lahri donated his father's deceased body to the department of forensics of JK Medical college in Bhopal.
