La Fourche (Paris Métro)
La Fourche () is a station of the Paris Métro, serving Line 13. Location The station is at the heart of a junction in two branches of line 13: the Asnières - Gennevilliers branch and the Saint-Denis branch. The first remains in a two-lane tunnel from the common trunk. On the other hand, the second is doubled: towards Saint-Denis, it leaves the double track just after the La Fourche station and finds the opposite way coming from Saint-Denis before the Guy Môquet station ; in the other direction, towards Châtillon, the track coming from Saint-Denis separates before La Fourche and passes under the double-track tunnel of the Asnières branch to serve a platform in a station located below and consisting of a single platform of this unique path; then it joins the double-track tunnel just before Place de Clichy station. The Paris Métro (french: Métro de Paris ; short for Métropolitain ) is a rapid transit system in the Paris metropolitan area, France. The MF 77 (abbreviated from the French: ''Metro Fer appel d'offre 1977'') is a steel-wheeled variant of the rolling stock used on the Paris Métro. First used in 1978, it now runs on Lines 7, 8, and 13. Unlike previous models, the MF 77 was designed for travel into the immediate suburbs of Paris, and as a result has a maximum speed of which has yet to be fully utilized. Noctilien
Noctilien is the night bus service in Paris and its agglomeration. It is managed by the Île-de-France Mobilités (formerly the STIF), the Île-de-France regional public transit authority, and operated by RATP (with 32 lines) and Transilien SNCF (with 16 lines). It replaced the previous '' Noctambus'' service on the night of 20/21 September 2005, providing for a larger number of lines than before and claiming to be better adapted to night-time transport needs.
