The LEN Cup Winners' Cup was a European water polo club competition organized by the Ligue Européenne de Natation. National cup winners qualified for the tournament. After 2003, the nationalcup winners qualified for the LEN Euroleague, and the cup was discontinued. Club Natació Catalunya is a Spanish swimming and water polo from Barcelona established in 1931. It also has athletics, squash and triathlon sections. Catalunya's golden era started in 1987, winning the national cup and reaching the Cup Winners' Cup's final, lost to Mornar Split. VK Primorje Erste Bank ( hr, Vaterpolski klub Primorje Erste Bank, commonly referred to as VK Primorje EB) is a professional water polo club based in Rijeka, Croatia. As of 2021–22 season, the club competes in the Croatian League and Regional League A2. History The club was founded in 1908, as HŠK Victoria (Croatian Sports Club Victoria), and is the oldest swimming club in Croatia. Under that name, the club was active until World War II. After the war, the club was re-established in 1948 as Primorje. Since 1991 and the breakup of Yugoslavia the club has been competing in Croatian First League, as well as the regional Adriatic League and LEN Champions League. Orvosegyetem SC
Orvosegyetem Sport Club is a Hungarian water polo club from Budapest established in 1957 in the Semmelweis University. The club's peak was the 1970s. Orvosegyetem won six national championships in a row between 1969 and 1974, and in 1973 it won the European Cup, beating 4-times champion Partizan Belgrade in the final. In 1974 and 1975 also reached the European Cup's final, but lost to MGU Moscow and Partizan respectively. In 1976 it played its fourth European final, losing the Cup Winners' Cup to Mladost Zagreb. In 1978 and 1979 the team culminated its golden era winning its seventh national championship and its second European Cup. Haagse Zwem Zian ( in English: ''Hague's swimming (club) Zian'') or shortly Zian is a swimming and water polo club from The Hague, Netherlands.
