Kurnia Sandy
Kurnia Sandy (born 24 August 1975) is an Indonesian former footballer who played as a goalkeeper. Club career Sandy played at Sampdoria's primavera (youth) team with Kurniawan Dwi Yulianto and Bima Sakti; unlike his teammates, Kurnia succeeded to break into the first team and became the fourth-choice goalkeeper for one season under coach Sven-Göran Eriksson. At one time when Sampdoria's first-choice goalkeeper Fabrizio Ferron was red-carded, Sampdoria attempted to promote Sandy into the first team as a backup for Matteo Sereni, but apparently, his management had yet to process Sandy's permit-related papers. Thus Sampdoria's entry was denied by the FIGC. The Campionato Nazionale Primavera – Trofeo Giacinto Facchetti, was an Italian football youth competition. It is organised by the Lega Serie A and the participating teams that take part in Serie A and Serie B: the first edition was held in the 1962–63 season, in place of the "Campionato Cadetti". Due to ceremonial reasons, the league is officially called Campionato Primavera Tim – Trofeo Giacinto Facchetti. Piala Indonesia ( 'Indonesia Cup') is the professional annual cup competition for football clubs in Indonesia. Originally, it started from the semi-professional football era in 1985 as Piala Liga, which ran until 1989 under Galatama competition. The Football Association of Indonesia (PSSI) organized the full professional cup competition from 2005 until now. Traditionally, the tournament involves all the clubs from the whole layers in football competitions in Indonesia, which are Liga 1, Liga 2, and Liga 3. The competition was founded in 2005. Hendro Kartiko (born 24 April 1973 in Banyuwangi, East Java) is a retired Indonesian footballer who last played with Mitra Kukar. He normally played as a goalkeeper and is 175 cm in height. He also played for the Indonesia national football team. His debut appearance in the national team was in the Asian Cup 1996 for Indonesia against Kuwait, Indonesia draw 2-2, where he came as a substitute for the injured Kurnia Sandy in the 80th minute. The 1996 AFC Asian Cup was the 11th edition of the men's AFC Asian Cup, a quadrennial international football tournament organised by the Asian Football Confederation (AFC). Matteo Sereni
Matteo Sereni (born 11 February 1975) is an Italian former footballer who played as a goalkeeper. Career Born in Parma, Sereni started his career at UC Sampdoria, and was loaned out to A.C. Crevalcore in 1994. He returned to Sampdoria and only made 10 appearances before being transferred to Piacenza Calcio in 1997. Here he helped the club avoid relegation to Serie B, but in 1998 he transferred to Empoli F.C., where he failed to avoid relegation. In 1999, Sereni returned to Sampdoria in Serie B and made 75 (out of 76) Serie B appearances. In 2001, Ipswich Town signed him for £4.5 million, which remains the highest transfer fee paid by the club. He failed to avoid relegation with Ipswich and was loaned to Brescia in 2002. Fabrizio Ferron
Fabrizio Ferron (born 5 September 1965 in Bollate) is a former Italian footballer who played as a goalkeeper. He played over 300 games in Serie A. Football career Ferron started his career with the A.C. Milan youth team. He then played for Sambenedettese, before spending 8 seasons at Atalanta. On 23 February 1992, Ferron suffered the infamy of conceding a late equaliser to Michelangelo Rampulla, the opposing goalkeeper for Cremonese, who became the first goalkeeper to score from open play in Serie A history. In a 0–3 loss away to Reggiana on 23 January 1994, Ferron's heart stopped beating for some 15 seconds after a collision with an opposing striker. Luckily, he was revived shortly afterwards.
