Kun Shan University (KSU; ) is a private university in Yongkang District, Tainan, Taiwan. KSU is accredited by ACCSB. History KSU was founded as Kun Shan Institute of Technology on 29 April 1965. In August 2000, the school was promoted to Kun Shan University. Yongkang District
Yongkang District () is a district home to 233,730 people in Tainan, Taiwan. History Due to the development of manufacturing and food-processing industries, Yongkang has become a migrant city since the 1970s, attracting many people from neighboring cities who now work and live in the city. Its population experienced a large increase during the 1970s, and Yongkang became the largest city in Tainan County in 1977. On 1 May 1993 Yongkang was upgraded from rural township to a county-administered city since its population exceeded 150,000. Yongkang was formerly the largest city of Tainan County until it merged with Tainan City to form the new Tainan municipality and became Yongkang District on 25 December 2010. Tainan Railway Station
Tainan () is a railway station in Tainan, Taiwan served by Taiwan Railways Administration. Situated in centre of the old town square of Tainan, Tainan Station is the main station of the city and also one of the major stations along the western trunk line in Taiwan. The Shalun line, opened in 2011, allows through services to link the station with THSR Tainan Station. Overview The station has one island platform and one side platform. The current station structure opened on 15 March 1936, which included a hotel on the second floor (the only station of its kind in Taiwan).
