Konstantinos Polychroniou ( el, Κώστας Πολυχρονίου; 12 November 1936 – 1 June 2018), better known as Kostas Polychroniou, was a Greek professional association football, football player and manager. Career Born in Platanistos, Euboea (regional unit), Euboea, Polychroniou's family moved to Athens when he was six months old. Euboea (regional Unit)
Euboea ( el, Περιφερειακή ενότητα Εύβοιας) is one of the regional units of Greece. It is part of the administrative region of Central Greece. It consists of the islands of Euboea and Skyros, as well as a 260 km² area on the Greek mainland. The Super League Greece 1 ( el, Ελληνική Σούπερ Λιγκ 1), or Super League 1, is the highest professional association football league in Greece. The league was formed on 16 July 2006 and replaced ''Alpha Ethniki'' at the top of the Greek football league system. It consists of 14 teams and runs from August to May, with teams playing 26 games.
