Kollegah Albums
Felix Martin Andreas Matthias Blume (born 3 August 1984), known professionally as Kollegah, is a German rapper. He releases his music via his own label, Alpha Music Empire. Born in Friedberg and raised by a single mother in Simmern, he started rapping in the Reimliga Battle Arena in December 2004. Intending to pursue a solo career as a rapper, Kollegah released his first mixtape ''Zuhältertape'' in July 2005 and was signed to ''Selfmade Records'' in December of the same year. He went on to pursue a variety of styles on subsequent albums '' Alphagene'' (2007), ''Kollegah'' (2008) and '' Bossaura'' (2011). His fourth studio album, ''King'', was released in 2014 and became his best-selling album to date. His fifth album, ''Zuhältertape Vol. 4'', was released in 2015, ''Imperator'' in 2016 and ''Monument'' in 2018. Friedberg (; official name: ''Friedberg (Hessen)'') is a town and the capital of the Wetteraukreis district, in Hesse, Germany. It is located 26 km (16 miles) north of Frankfurt am Main. ''Jung, brutal, gutaussehend 2'' ("Young, violent, handsome 2") is the second collaborative studio album by German rappers Kollegah and Farid Bang, released on 8 February 2013 via Selfmade Records. Background In June 2009, Kollegah and Farid Bang released ''Jung, brutal, gutaussehend ''Jung, brutal, gutaussehend'' ("Young, violent, handsome") is the first collaborative studio album by German rappers Kollegah and Farid Bang. It was released on 19 June 2009 through Selfmade Records. Two follow-ups, '' Jung, brutal, gutaussehe ...'', their first collaborative studio album. It peaked on number 30 of the German album charts. Despite the negative reviews by critics, the album became a favourite between their fans. As a result, the rappers were asked about a second part repeatedly. Patrick Losenský (born 3 April 1982), known professionally as Fler, is a German rapper and the CEO of Maskulin Music Group. Career 2000–2006: Beginnings Fler was first recognized in the rap scene through collaborations with Bushido. Together, they released the collaborative album titled ''Carlo Cokxxx Nutten'' in October 2002. Fler had five feature parts on Bushido's first studio album, '' Vom Bordstein bis zur Skyline'', released July 2003. Fler released his first solo album, ''Neue Deutsche Welle'', on 1 May 2005. Paul Hartmut Würdig (born 30 November 1980), better known as Sido, is a German rapper. He interprets his artist name as "super-intelligentes Drogenopfer" (super-intelligent drug victim). It used to stand for "Scheiße in dein Ohr" (shit into your ear), a line from his track "Terroarr". Sido distinguishes himself by using provocative and aggressive lyrics. After his breakthrough with his debut album '' Maske'' in 2004, he was always seen wearing a silver skull mask. However, since 2005, he no longer wears the mask. Splash! (festival)
Splash! is one of Europe's biggest hip hop and reggae festivals. It first took place in 1998, in the inner city of Chemnitz, Germany. The next year, the location of the festival changed to the Oberrabenstein reservoir near the city, where it remained through 2006. In 2007 and 2008, the festival was held on the Pouch peninsula in Bitterfeld. In 2009, the festival moved to the Ferropolis in Gräfenhainichen, which remains the official site. In the early years, there were two stages; one each for hip-hop and reggae. In 2006, the festival extended to six stages and four party tents. In addition to hip-hop and drum and bass DJs, the tents also house dancehall and reggae sound systems, a graffiti contest and ITF matches.
