Kilien Stengel
Kilien Stengel (born 1972 in Nevers (Nièvre)), is a French gastronomic author, restaurateur, and cookbook writer. He has worked at Gidleigh Park, Nikko Hotels, Georges V Hotel in Paris, and in a number of Relais & Châteaux restaurants (including Marc Meneau and Jacques Lameloise). He was a teacher of gastronomy at the Académie of Paris and of Orléans-Tours. Stengel works at the European Institute for the History and Culture of Food at François Rabelais University. He is captain of a culinary book fair, en directot of a collection book (L'harmattan éditor). Usually, he work for Ministère de l'Éducation nationale teacher competition, Meilleur Ouvrier de France award, and Masterchef France. In 2015 his PhD (Doctorat de 3e cycle) in information science was supervised by J-J. Boutaud. Nikko Hotels
is an international hotel chain comprising properties in Asia, Europe, North America, and the South Pacific. It is owned by Okura Hotels. Nikko Hotels International (NHI) began operations in 1972 as the global hotel brand of Japan Airlines, with its first property located in Jakarta. The first NHI-operated hotel in Japan opened in 1973. Other Nikko properties have been owned and operated by other entities; among the oldest Nikko properties is the Ginza Nikko, which opened in 1959. Jacques Lameloise (, born 6 April 1947) is a French chef who was the chef de cuisine at the French restaurant ''Maison Lameloise'' (usually known as Lameloise) in Chagny, Saône-et-Loire, Chagny from 1979 until 2008. Lameloise The restaurant has a Michelin Guide, three-star Michelin rating. The cuisine is based on the local cuisine of Burgundy. Lameloise was the third generation chef to run the restaurant. His grandfather Pierre received a second Michelin star in 1931. His father Jean ran the restaurant from 1944 to 1971 when Jacques took over.
