Wasco (formerly, Dewey and Deweyville) is a city in the San Joaquin Valley, in Kern County, California, United States. KKXX-FM (93.1 FM, "Hits 93.1") is a radio station broadcasting a Top 40 (CHR) musical format. KKXX-FM is licensed to Shafter, California, and serves the Bakersfield, California area. Daniel John Bongino (born December 4, 1974) is an American conservative political commentator, radio show host, and author. He served as a New York City Police Department (NYPD) officer from 1995 to 1999 and as a Secret Service agent from 1999 to 2011. Bongino ran for Congress unsuccessfully as a Republican three times.
