Kentucky Route 467 is a 41.287-mile state highway in Kentucky that runs from KY 227 just west of Worthville to KY 177 just west of DeMossville. Route description KY 467 begins at KY 227 just west of Worthville and runs east through Worthville. It joins KY 36 at an area, which no longer exists, called Eagle Station before both routes enter Sanders. In Sanders, KY 36 and 467 split. KY 36 goes to the right while KY 467 goes to the left with KY 47. Just after crossing the railroad tracks, KY 467 branches to the right while KY 47 heads north for Ghent. A few miles later, KY 467 enters Sparta and joins KY 35 to the right and runs with KY 35 for a couple hundred feet before branching to the left. After KY 467 enters Glencoe, it meets US 127 and merges to the right for a couple hundred feet before branching to the left. Kentucky Transportation Cabinet
The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet (KYTC) is Kentucky's state-funded agency charged with building and maintaining federal highways and Kentucky state highways, as well as regulating other transportation related issues. The Transportation Cabinet is led by the Kentucky Secretary of Transportation, who is appointed by the governor of Kentucky. The current Secretary is Jim Gray, who was appointed by Democratic Governor Andy Beshear. As of October 2012, KYTC maintains of roadways in the state. Kentucky Route 227 (KY 227) is a state highway in Kentucky that runs from U.S. Route 460 (US 460) near Georgetown, Kentucky to US 42 and KY 36 in Carrollton, Kentucky. Route description KY 227 starts north in Scott County and goes through Stamping Ground before entering Owen County. Just southeast of Owenton, KY 227 meets KY 22 and joins it on its way to Owenton. Kentucky Route 22 (KY 22) is a east–west highway running from the eastern suburbs of Louisville to an unincorporated place called Willow in Bracken County in Northern Kentucky. Kentucky Route 35 (KY 35) is a 12.833-mile-long state highway in Kentucky that runs from US 127 in Owen County south of Sparta and heads north and goes through Sparta and meets KY 467 before meeting Interstate 71. Ghent is a home rule-class city along the south bank of the Ohio River in Carroll County, Kentucky, in the United States. The population was 323 at the 2010 census.
